JAREA – Japan Association of Real Estate Appraisers Seminar 2018
PARA Incumbent President Marissa Benitez and Immediate Past President Marie Yvonne Apad went to Tokyo, Japan in July 2018. This is to join hands with JAREA in conducting a seminar sponsored by the Ministry of, Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) of Japan in its efforts to support overseas business development of real estate industry.
Ms. Benitez presented to the over 100 Japanese participants consisting of appraisers, bankers and developers the “Philippine Real Estate Market Trends and Business Opportunities for Japanese Real Estate Businesses”. The event occurred on 19 July 2018 at the Nissho Hall in Toranomon, Minato, Tokyo.
