Mission: PARA was founded in 1989 with the following goals:
To equip members with up-to-date skills and expertise;

• To assume a position of leadership in the appraisal profession.
  To achieve this goal, PARA shall;
• Provide educational programmes in line with international standards;
•  Endeavour to find solutions for issues affecting the appraisal profession in both the private and government sectors;
